Ephraim Broschkowski author, producer and graduated media consultant. He is the head of fechnerMedia GmbH's Berlin-office. Ephraim Broschkowski worked as author for film, radio plays, print and online publication. As producer, creative producer and production manager he worked in numerous film productions. As a science journalist he wrote mostly about the rules of audio-visual communication and the fictionalization of social issues and issues like socio-cultural communication & renewable energies.

Jennifer Gesslein studied Media Technology with a focus on Media Production at the Polytechnic Institute in Deggendorf and in Sweden at the University of Linkoping. She successfully concluded her studies with a Masters in Engineering for Media Technology. Various internships in film production and daily newspapers followed by freelance employment provided valuable and varied experience in a range of subjects. Jennifer Gesslein has been with fechnerMEDIA from August 2007 to March 2009, working on the Energy Autonomy media project as the contact person for operations and in the editorial office.

Creative Producer

Kirsten Saggel studied Film and Television at the Ruhr University in Bochum and at the University of Paris X: Nanterre. Following extensive research at the National Film Archive of India in Puna, she concluded her degree with a Master of Arts. A wide range of experiences was gained in editing for radio and television as well as in intercultural cooperation. From August 2007 to February 2009 she was responsible for coordination and communication of the Energy Autonomy media project in Asia and the web development.
